Our well loved strength and conditioning session that includes quality lifts, accessory circuits and a short and sharp conditioning component.


These 60 minute classes based around bodyweight strength training including work on the rings and bars. Don’t let the name deter you! Our coaches tailor these classes to all levels and include a range of progressions no matter your training background.


Yoga is a 60 minute flow practice including a chilled savasana (relaxation) to end your week. Stay for tea and chats!


A 60-min class focussing on Olympic Lifting basics. Suitable for all levels including those new to lifting!


These fun and dynamic classes incorporates movement work, soft tissue work and static and dynamic stretching to help us move, perform and feel better, through a greater range of motion. Feel better, improve your posture and reduce pain.

A free, community session that leaves from Workshop at 6 am on Thursdays. Run club is interval based, so suitable for all levels - whether you’re training for your next fun run or just want to get fit and run with others.
