How we do it.

At Workshop, our programming is smart, fun and functional. We use our experience in corrective, individualised and athletic performance training to ensure each and every one of our members gets what they need, as an individual. The sessions are fun, varied and effective.

Our programming is based on the conjugate method, an approach we have used for several years to train ourselves as well as those who are brand new to training and elite level athletes. This method of programming is used by some of the most successful and talented strength and CrossFit athletes in the world and promotes a stronger, more resilient and injury free body. It is also corrective in nature - suitable for all levels it helps to increase resilience, improve posture and bring balance to the body.
