We know, we get it. We've been there too.

Over the last decade in the health and "fitness" industry though, we realised that there simply wasn't an answer. 

We wanted to get the results from strength training, but move more freely. We wanted to learn complex movements, find balance, build coordination and have fun.

"Fitness" shouldn't have to be a boring slog.

So, we created Workshop Gym group training.

The Workshop Fundamentals Program is a one-on-one program that we run designed to teach you the basics of movement. This is an on ramp program for our group classes, so you are ahead of the curve when you get thrown in the deep end.

We don't just work on a couple little skills or teach you burpees (in fact, we don't really do burpees here..), but we show you a new way to think about how you move your body.

We make it easy to digest, fun yet challenging.

The Fundamentals classes are the perfect way to start your training journey.

We schedule them at a time which suits you.


I WANT TO FIND OUT MORE

 

One on One - We give you FULL attention. This is one-on-one coaching, we work with you as an INDIVIDUAL rather than strictly following a sheet of paper.

 

You'll Sweat - We give you a workout - yep, you'll be sweating in the Fundamentals. The overall layout is similar to a class (obviously a lot more instruction), and finishes with a workout to test out your new skills.

We designed the program to give you everything you need to be let loose in the jungle of our group classes.
