Healthy Power Fudge - So good I had this for breakfast

You're loving the whole food approach

You're feeling better, leaning out

BUT, you crave the odd treat and are still after that chocolate hit

I hear you!

A while ago I posted some shots of a new cusom chocolate fudge I made, it caused a bit of a stir

This stuff is off the hook

It's high fat, basically zero carb, all organic, healthy, chocolatey and really fudgey

To be honest, I've had a constant batch going and have had it for breakfast more than a few days over the last week

It's effectively a whole food!

HERE'S THE RECIPE

You'll need:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup cacao or carob
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp great lakes collagen
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/3 tsp cayenne chilli
  • touch of Himalayan rock salt

HERE'S WHAT YOU DO

In a pot, lightly melt the butter/ghee. Add in tahini, continue to stir until smooth. Add all other ingredients, stirring lightly until you have a badass chocolate sauce looking mix

Poor into silicon muffin tray, ice-cube tray, or even into a glass container with wax paper bottom

Set in the freezer for 2 hours, then move to the fridge.

Once cooled, take out and cut up - store in a container in the fridge.

 

HOW TO ENJOY

I use this stuff pre-workout, as a snack and even as a main meal sometimes! It's high fat, effectively zero carb.* You can tweak the recipe with espresso, vanilla, or ingredients of your choice. It's filling and healthy!
